Hypnobirthing is the perfect way to prepare your mind and body for the arrival of your baby/babies. Its aim is to teach you incredibly effective techniques including relaxation, visualisation and self-hypnosis to help you and your birth partner navigate birth, even when it doesn’t go 100% according to plan.
Hypnobirthing will teach you how to let go of fear and show you how birth can be a wonderfully calm and positive thing to get excited about.
A little bit about me...
I'm Chelsea (she/her), a mum of 1 hypnobirthed little and the face behind Oshun Waves.
I love an impromptu kitchen dance party, creating plant-based yumminess and curling up with a good book.
I first came across hypnobirthing when I was pregnant in 2015. I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first, but after reading into it and realising how much sense it made on a physiological level, I decided to give it a try. My birth didn’t go 100% to plan, but I had a wonderfully calm and positive experience. I was converted and have been raving about it ever since!
Fast forward a few years and my passion for birth and supporting women and birthing people has led me on a journey become a midwife and training with The Little Birth Company to become a hypnobirthing instructor.
